Elizabeth Haas Edersheim

Elizabeth Haas Edersheim, Ph.D., advises and writes about management. She works with and learns from companies as their growth exceeds their organizational capacity. Her practice includes counseling senior executives, and working with boards of directors, as well as designing and facilitating management feedback and development.  
 
Clients include leading global enterprises as well as fast-moving young firms – both for-profit and in the social sector.
 
Edersheim serves on the boards of the Hesselbein Global Academy for Student Leadership and Civic Engagement and the Classical Recording Foundation, and on the advisory board for S C Lowy Investment Fund. Member of the Judging Panel for the Drucker Forum since its founding. 
Author of “McKinsey’s Marvin Bower” and “The Definitive Drucker,” she holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management. Edersheim has provided expert testimony to the U. S. Congress on Industrial Networking and Industrial Manufacturing policy.
